The marketing of Apple iPad began on April, 3 in the United States of America. The instrument is marketed at the company shops, as well as in the biggest electronics shopping centers “Best Buy”.

The enrollment of IPad pre-orders began in the United States on March, 12. The iPad charge is 499 $ for the 16-gigabyte model, 599 $ for the 32-gigabyte and 699 dollars for the 64-gigabyte model.
Soon before the starting of the sales more than 2300 IPad applications appeared in the Apple Store. On the average their cost is larger than the iPod touch and iPhone apps are. However, the applications for iPod also work on the iPad, there are more than 150 thousands of these applications in the shop.
The IPad tablet was presented by the Apple headman, Steve Jobs, on January, 27 in 2010. The iPad has a multisensory screen with resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels and a diagonal in 9.7 inch. The iPad operates under a mobile operating system iPhone OS.
In EU and other countries, the sales are going to start in the last days of April. At the same time the IPad 3G-version will come in the American store.
